How long does it take for the appeals centre to inform, Me or DWP that they have my ESA appeal?

What stage is your appeal at - have you requested a mandatory reconsideration from the DWP?
Have you sent the mandatory reconsideration notice to the tribunal?
have you had a tribunal decision, and you're waiting for the verdict, ...

Yea i sent my mandatory reconsideration notice and sscs1 form to the appeals centre.

Im just wondering how long it takes them to notify DWP and Me that have got it.

From experience with dealing with the Social Fund and JSA, the DWP won't inform you until they've actually made a decision. In my experience, it is best to call up the relevant department each day until they confirm they've received it.

The DWP is in a shambolic state administratively and the Mandatory Reconsiderations that I've dealt with have taken a minimum of four to six weeks.

Also, get your MP on the case.
