I want to start claiming back past massive bank charges, my bank has changed name from Northern to Danske, I do not do regular banking there any more and am paying an old OD off . I am unsure who I send the letter to requesting all my past transactions.
All help greatly appreciated:(

If a moderator/board guide sees this they may wish to move it to the correct forum.
However, I will answer the question and make some remarks....I am unsure who I send the letter to requesting all my past transactions.
A change of name does not change anything else. You write to the current addresses supplied by your current bank.I want to start claiming back past massive bank charges
The banks won the court case on bank charges a number of years back. Now they only consider refunding on a smaller range of reasons. e.g. first time mistakess, current financial hardship, incorrect application etc.
So, what would be your reasons for asking the bank to make a goodwill gesture refund to you?I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). My reason would be financial hardship

Sorry I put this in the wrong place took me a long time to see how to put it up at all.
Thank you so much for the info, I didn't know that I thought after reading Martins page it would still be ok to submit a request.0
