Again, I wasn't quoting any regs, just indicating strongly that I think he needs a ducted extractor.
But whilst on the subject I do think the regs have changed recently because there was a requirement to fit ducted extraction in kitchens if new built or renovations, your link indicates a change there, for the worse in my view.
Although not ideal, the OP could possibly firt a wall extractor fan on an outside wall of the kitchen. OK not exactly extracting at source but at least it should clear condensation and some cooking smells.I like the thanks button, but ,please, an I agree button.
