JSA Sanction / Sign off

Hello,
I'm just after some information regarding my situation with the JSA! Basically what happened was I missed an appointment on the 21st of July that I had no idea about which led to me getting sanctioned for the second time. I then went to sign on, on the 28th July which went fine but I was told because of my sanction I wouldn't get the usual JSA until the 11th of September, tomorrow. I then told my advisor I want to sign off due to university and I couldn't be bothered with the hassle, she gave me a number to ring but before I could actually get round to ringing them I got a letter through the door saying I couldn't get JSA anymore because 'the law says we cannot pay you' and my p45 I think? All I'm wondering is because I signed on and showed my previous job search for the 2 weeks during my sanction period, will I get the payment they technically owe me as normal tomorrow on the 11th? My friends have got the money they were owed when they signed off but due to me being on my sanction period I wasn't sure if I will!
Hopefully someone can get back to me asap. I doubt I'll get the payment so If anything I'd like to know why! Thank you

As soon as a claim is closed a payment is generated if anything is owed.
