in Credit cards
I have a Vanquis credit card and I am now out for work. Can I have my account frozen for a period of time whilst out of work? Can they refuse to not freeze my account for whatever reason? I believe I have some sort of insurance in the event of this happening. I informed them that I lost my job and they sent me a form which I filled out and also showed proof of unemployment due to no fault of My own. Have not had response.

Well that page, along with the T&Cs, should answer your questions.0

The norm for PPI on a credit card is that once the claim is accepted they will simply pay your monthly minimum payments for you whilst you continue to show you are unemployed but actively seeking a new job etc.
Each policy ultimately is unique though so you need to read your particular terms to check0
