expertocredite wont take payment

arrrhhhh so annoyed just logged onto my DMP account and the Natwest debt (511.64) that has been handed to Expertocredite has been refused again. We keep trying to pay and they keep passing the debt around and then refusing payment while putting defaults against hubbys name!
