Log in problems tesco bank

For as long as I can remember I have had problems logging into tesco bank products. I have 2 savings accounts and a credit card.

For over a year I have been unable to get into tesco banks online platform. I have had to ring them up and request temporary passwords which take a wk or so and then allow me to log in until I clear cookies / history etc and do routine PC clean up.

I rang them up recently and they informed me my mobile phone number was I wrong and they updated it. I was asked to try to login and request a text, which never came. I was then told it must be a problem with my mobile phone network.

I am with three who are a pretty major operator, and I don't really want to have to call there customer services to try to resolve this as they aren't the best. I feel that I'm being passed from pillar to post a little bit.

Can anyone offer any tips if youve had similar log in difficulties, am I doing anything obviously wrong :s
