Switching current account £100 reward

Hi, I've noticed the £100 reward that many banks offer if you switch your current account with them (Halifax, First Direct, etc.)
I was thinking to switch my current Citibank account and I've tried Halifax first. The online switch form didn't work failing with an error message suggesting to do the switch in branch.
I then got an appointment, went to the branch and after a few phone calls it turned out that they won't give you the £100 if you switch from Citibank.
Does anybody know a bank that rewards you to switch from Citibank?

Citibank are not involved with the CASS (current account switching service), according to...

...so that pretty much rules out all those banks currently offering £100 switching incentives, as they all require you to use the CASS.0
