I booked four tickets to see a show back in February. The show was originally moved to September but now it has been cancelled altogether.

Although they are issuing me with a refund, they are not giving me the full amount. They are only refunding the ticket price and not fees.

This means I am now over £10 out of pocket.

Surely they cannot do this!? :mad:
