Nuaire Flatmaster 2000

About 4 or 5 years ago now I installed a Nuaire Drimaster Heat and the results have been, and still are fantastic. However, I had also posted on the forum regarding the unfortunate side effect whereby the air in the loft quite frankly stinks ! We put up with it because the improvement in the condensation problem was so great. As the perceived benefit has worn off somewhat due to the fact we are now used to living in a condensation free house, the smell has become an issue again (I have tried and failed all manor of remedies to rid/disguise the musty smell)!! To the point where I am considering replacing the Drimaster and installing a Flatmaster 2000 instead.
Does anybody have a Flatmaster installed, and if so what is your experience of them ?
I would imagine that as they are designed for flats and that their 'capacity' might be too small for my 3 bed villa. This is my biggest fear as I'd hate to spend the money only to find that the Flatmaster is not suitable for the job.
Also as they draw air from outside which could be significantly colder than loft air so I'd imagine the heating element might be required more often = more expensive to run.
I'd really appreciate any thoughts, many thanks.
