Co-operative Energy sending debt collector for debt I didn't know about.

1. Did you give your meter readings to EON when you switched? Did they raise a final bill when you left the property?
2. Did you receive a final bill from Co-op showing these agreed final meter readings?
If not then how do you know that your account was zeroed?0 -

As part of the energy industry's Back-billing Code, energy companies can't charge customers for bills going back more than 12 months where the fault lies with the company.
