My Play Direct - Bad Customer Service

Just thought I'd post this as a warning about buying from My Play Direct as their customer service is only available by email, twitter and facebook.

I pre-ordered a signed Kasabian CD from them, this arrived several days after the launch date and was not signed.
I contacted them and they initially apologised and said they would check if they had stock and if not issue a refund.
Having confirmed they had no stock they then said they would process a refund.
After waiting a month for the refund I contacted them again to be told the signed CD's were back in stock so would I want this to be sent. I agreed to have the signed CD.

After checking several times when the CD would be delivered, they gave me a link to track.
This showed, and still does, that the expected shipment is the 4th August 2014 - 18th August 2014.

I have contacted them several times since to request the refund as it is obvious that the signed CD is not going to be sent.
I sent an email on the 31st August, and used the email option from their website and used twitter but have had no response.

I'd be happy for them to refund the difference between the signed CD and the unsigned, but without any customer service response I'm not sure what else I can do.
