  • Hello
I am also at the court stage and I was wondering if :money: you include terms and conditions in your court bundle? I cannot find Barclays terms and conditions from 2003-2006 and I was wondering if I really should include them?

 i was offered a settlement from barclays two days before court date 12/7 which i excepted. i was told by consumer action group to carry on with court until i got my money, they advised me to adjourn case i sent a fax to my court.on day of hearing i phoned court couldn,t find the fax i sent so i attended court it was really informal only judge and me in a small room(i was expecting wigs) very pleasant judge, told her i had sent a fax she had it with her so i didnt really have to attend ,but i am glad i did it was an experience .Anyway she said i could have a stay until september incase they didnt pay.well i was promised monies by the end of 12/7 my court date but still no monies i am mad:mad: now sent aletter to the court yesterday restarting it and asking if they could make a judgement due to the fact i didn,t even recieve a court bundle. spoke to mr hickey at barclays i had a go at him he said were having trouble with monument at moment i said iam with skycard??? and he doesn,t know when i will get paid:rolleyes:
well everyone out there do not stop court until you have the money if i had cancelled court the other day i would have to start my claim again.
