Debt recovery letter even though POPLA appeal result awaited???

Hi,
I today received letter from debt recovery plus (passed onto them by Gemini Parking solution) demanding me to pay £110 by 19/9/14 or they will pass on my case for court action even though I have appealed to POPLA and POPLA will consider my appeal in oct 14?
What should I do?

report them to the BPA and the DVLA for code breaches
