So-called celebs doing supermarket ads

I'm getting a bit fed up with the current trend of so-called celebs advertising supermarkets on tv. Len Goodman is really annoying with his " Get's a 10 from Len" for Farm Foods in every ad break, and now Peter Andre advertising Iceland! I'm willing to put money on to bet that neither one has ever been in either supermarket in their lives!

Just saw the PA one, and have seen t'other a few times. They're just so cringey, as like you say I doubt PA is bothered about chips being 89p!0 -
I gather that the PA one being because Iceland usually sponsor I'm a Celeb and he's been on it....
Though I don't mind the FF one tbh, I don't get the link but I don't mind it.0 -

Peter Andre will appear in anything ...
It's Ant-n-Dec shopping at Mogglesons that annoys me!:heartpuls Mrs Marleyboy :heartpuls
MSE: many of the benefits of a helpful family, without disadvantages like having to compete for the tv remote

Borrow my 4 year old and all your advertising problems will disappear ........ because CBeebies doesn't have advertising.
Don't forget that Tesco already have the Xmas choccies in, so it can't be long til tv catches up and we get all the lovely rosy-cheeked-vomit-inducing-nostalgia-laden-wallet-squeezing adverts wheeled out for our "enjoyment".
Bah Humbug!0 -
If someone offered you several thousand quid for doing an advert, I bet you would accept it! I don't care who fronts an advert because I'm not suckered in by them. They spend a heck of a lot of money on primetime advertising that could be used to reduce the cost of the item for a start. In fact, I would go as far to say that I actively avoid any companies who advertise on the TV!!0
