Cancelling parts of a rather over the top Next order

Due to being unsure of sizing for both my daughter and myself, I have ordered way more than what I will actually keep (ie.e several hundred pounds). I obviously intend to return incorrect sizing but as the order is so big, I am getting cold feet and my question is this:-
Can I cancel parts of an order and if so how would I go about it?
Can I phone up and get them to go through my order and cancel individual items as that is what I would do to just cut the whole order down.
Thanks in anticipation of calming my fears.

If only I could stop finding good bargains on this site, I would save a fortune! :rotfl:

If I were you I'd just let the order go ahead as planned, returns are free so just send back what you don't want/need.

After sleeping on it, think that will be best. Only porblem is the sheer amount of stuff going back is embarrassing in store (but quicker to process to account). Not sure if picked up by courier, when exactly it counts as having been returned i.e. for 10 dy return period as will be tight for time (going away for few days).
Should just keep away from sale shouldn't I. Sizing always a problem especially with daughter! If only I could stop finding good bargains on this site, I would save a fortune! :rotfl:0 -
I always do this - it's no problem. In fact - your courier will love you as they get paid by the parcel! My advice would be to be organised and bag things back up as soon as you've decided you're not keeping them and keep a track of what you have returned. I recently had a few items go missing and got charged over £100 but one phonecall to Customer Services and it was sorted. I pay my bill online and that way if my returns haven't shown on my statement I can wait a few days and see the balance go down and then pay that balance.
Hope that helps"There's hard work. And there's not so hard work. I prefer not so hard work. But if you mix not so hard work with hard work it's harder than the not so hard work but not so hard as the hard work."

Just phoned Next - can't cancel the things I had decided are extravagance!!!! as order not showing on account yet and will be dispatched before being able to cancel over phone. Will just have even more to return then.
The lady said that it is quicker to return to store but obviously the sheer number of items make it easier to use the courier.
Not sure I am convinced but she said if I return to courier on day 9 or 10 then it won't show on account up to 28 days but wouldn't need to pay for them if returned. DOes that make sense?????
Just worried about having to pay hundreds more than items kept just cause not credited to account quickly enough. If only I could stop finding good bargains on this site, I would save a fortune! :rotfl:0 -
Don't worry. I have been late returning things and what I do is just keep a track myself of what I owe and only pay that. Any outstanding amount is then taken off as they receive the items back.0

If all clothes sizes across all stores were the same, then there wouldn't be a problem. If all kids trousers had adjustable waists, then there wouldn't be a problem. My children are in a 2-3 in some stores and a 3-4 in others. I think OP is completely justified to order diff sizes, try them on and if they are wrong return them.
Where did you get £700 from??0
