Eligibility:
5. Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
6. Competition is only open to residents of England, Scotland and Wales

7. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

Prize:
8. The Prize: One winner will win a Very Special Night hosted by Pernod Ricard UK in their own home for the winner and a maximum of 5 guests (“Guests”). The Prize includes:
8.1. 2 Martell cocktails per person before dinner made by a mixologist attending the winner’s house for up to 5 hours;
8.2. A 3 course dinner (created in calibration with the winner and Pernod Ricard UK) cooked by a personal chef attending the winner’s house for up to 5 hours;
8.3. Half a bottle of wine per person (selected by Pernod Ricard); and
8.4. 1 Martell digestif per person after dinner.

9. Any dietary requirements of the winner and Guests will be taken into account and should be supplied to Global at least 14 days before the evening.

10. The mixologist and chef will make use of the winner’s kitchen and kitchen equipment free of charge but will have adequate insurance to cover any damages.

11. The Prize must be taken on a date mutually agreed between the winner , Pernod Ricard UK and Global on or before 1st June 2015. Any costs incurred by the winner and/or Guests additional to the Prize set out in clause 8 above, shall be the responsibility of the winner and/or Guests.

12. All Guests must be aged 18 or over.

13. Global reserves the right to substitute the Prize for an alternative of equal or greater value. Prize is not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

14. Global cannot be held responsible for the Prize, which is provided by Pernod Ricard.

15. The winner may be required to participate in publicity arising from the promotion.

16. Global cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss or injury suffered by any Entrant or the winner or any Guest, provided that nothing shall exclude the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.

17. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which us beyond the reasonable control of Global and which prevents Global from complying with these terms and conditions Global will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.

18. This promotion is governed by the English Law and participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
