Why is everyone saying 1996 he was only 13!! Wiki says 2009 he signed a deal with Debenhams or 2010 was when the line was actually in Debenhams

This according to Wiki:

In September 2009, Holland negotiated a deal with the British retailer, Debenhams, for the creation of a fashion line, "H! by Henry Holland"; the line was eventually sold in Debenhams stores from spring 2010.
