I need some advice and hope some of you can help.
I recently ordered a Sofa from a company called John Peters paying them a deposit of £100 for the goods on my &More card. The Company subsequently went into receivership.
A company called Business Dreams Ltd claimed to be fulfilling the outstanding orders, therefore I gave them a further 3 weeks to fulfil my outstanding order which made the goods long overdue. I chased Business Dreams on numerous occasions but but continuously felt fobbed of, they were never able to tell me when I would receive my goods. I then wrote to them cancelling my order. I was advised that they could not give me my deposit back as my agreement was with John Peters.
I then went on to put the payment into dispute on my &More Credit Card. I completed the paperwork and provided them with all the required details and receipts. I heard nothing more.
on Saturday 14th, I received a phone call from Business Dreams telling me that my goods would be delivered in an hour if I was able to pay the balance off. After much deliberation, I decided that it was worth the chance and paid the balance with my &More card. The goods were delivered as promised.
I contacted the credit card company on 17th July by phone to let them no that the goods had been delivered and that the dispute was resolved.
Today I received a letter explaining that &More had come to a resolution had and credited my account with my initial £100 deposit.
What do I do?
I know what I would like to do but I'm not sure its ethical.

I would contact your card provider again to advise that the dispute had been resolved and the £100 needs returning to Business Dreams LTD
The likelyhood is that when 'Business Dreams' realise that they have received a charge from your card provider (likely to be a chargeback) they will represent this anyway, and you will be re-debited for the amount.
