consumer@callcredit.co.uk. doesnt exist ?

Hi guys, I paid £2 for a credit report through the link on MSE, and I have not received an email confirmation of this, nor does it recognise my log in details.








Im a bit worried that their email address doesn't appear to exist as when I try to contact them it just bounces back to me. This is their contact page - https://www.callcreditstatreport.co.uk/Help/ContactUs As its my first time using them I wanted to do it through this site so im assuming they are legit. Any advise anyone ?

Just tested it and got a reply of.

Thank you for your e-mail. Your correspondence has now been placed in a queue and we will respond within 28 days in accordance with current statutory procedures. If you send further correspondence (such as chase e-mails) within this time period, it may delay our response to you.
