I'd say s53 & 54 cover it, consequential costs would be recovered as special damages as per s54
The traditional contract law remedy for breech of contract is for the buyer to be put in the position he would have been in had the breech not occurred so any reasonable consequential costs should be paid in addition to repair or refund0
