So realistically, it looks like Black Horse may have looked at this and realised that there was a bankruptcy order against the property, but being as the property is in negative equity it would be pointless repossessing so they have taken what payments that they could with no intent of letting us try and pay back the loan and just diverted our attention towards the arrears?0
