Mighty deals is a con?

Hi,
Over a month ago I redeemed a voucher from Mighty Deals for a chair. I was told that this would be delivered within ten days. It still hasn't been delivered and after numerous emails to them, they have not replied. I have also tried calling their number, but the answer machine just makes you go round in circles back to the beginning of the message and says it's full, what a shocker!! So I'm going to try and confront them this week at their offices in Godalming and see what happens. The fact they have reduced me to having to travel a 4 hour round trip to get some answers shows just how frustrated I am with them and at a further cost to myself in petrol. They are complete cowboys.
What are my options? I feel like I've been completely ripped off!!

Hi theres sometimes a mighty deals rep comes on this forum.If the chair comes from a merchant try contacting them . I would also contact trading standards by phoning cab if all else fail. Send their head office a recorded letter to Neil Campbell worth a try. Their head office may not accept visitors. Good luck.
