ParkingEye - Night time

Hi.
In brief I have received a parking charge notice from ParkingEye for being parked in the Welcome Break near Stanstead airport 1am-6:30am (I was sleeping in the car at the time) issued with a £60/£100 fine.
I am now appealing to ParkingEye on the grounds of;
1. Charge not a genuine pre-estimate of loss
2. The amount of the charge is disproportionate
3. Unlawful Penalty Charge
I was hoping is somebody could advice me as to what I should state in regards of it being night and dark which is the geniune reason that I didn't even spot the signs saying that is was max. of two hour stay.
Any help would be greatly appreciated,
Lucy
