Terms and Conditions

To enter visit www.atlantisthepalmgiveaway.com anytime between 12am, 8 September 2014 (Dubai time) and 11:59pm on 28 September 2014 (Dubai time) - the competition period (3 weeks). When you complete and submit the registration form, your name will automatically be entered in the daily prize draw and the Grand Prize draw on Day 21.
Competition entry is limited to one entry per person per day.
There will be one winner drawn at random once per day, from all valid entries received during the Competition Period of 21 days. The entrant named on the winning entry form will be considered the winner. In the case of dispute, the winning entry will be deemed made by the holder of an established email account associated with the entry. All decisions of the judges are final and no correspondence will be entertained.
Winners of the competition will be notified by email. Atlantis, The Palm reserves the right to select an alternate winner if the winner does not claim the prize within two weeks of being notified.
The competition is open to individuals globally.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
If you are 18 years of age or under, you will need the permission of your parent or a legal guardian to enter and if you win a prize, you will need to provide Atlantis, The Palm with proof of parental consent before you will be declared the winner.
Employees of Atlantis The Palm Limited and Kerzner International, as a sponsor, and Blue Beetle as Administrator, and their affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies as well as members of any of their immediate families and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to enter.
By entering this competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and the decision of the judges. Atlantis, The Palm, reserves the right to disqualify any entry determined to be in violation of the letter and/or spirit of these terms and conditions. Any use of programmed, automatic or scripted entry methods will void all associated entries and individuals using such methods may be disqualified from future competitions.
A subsequent public announcement of the Grand Prize winner only of the competition will take place on Atlantis Facebook Fan Page, Twitter, Atlantisthepalm.com, atlantisthepalmgiveaway.com and through global media. Daily prize winners will be announced through atlantisthepalmgiveaway.com only. By claiming a prize, the winner agrees to make no public announcement in connection with the Competition before 28 September 2014.

The prizes are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Any unused portion will be forfeited. The prizes will need to be redeemed by 19 December 2014.
For prizes that include a room stay, black-out periods will apply and excludes inclusions. It is highly recommended to contact the representative at Atlantis, The Palm as soon as possible to avoid disappointment for room booking. Atlantis, The Palm does not guarantee room availability, at the resort at the time when the prize winner redeems the Raffle Prize, and may result in failure to make a booking.
Atlantis, The Palm reserves the right to award a prize of equal or greater value of a prize or a portion thereof if unavailable at the time of redemption. Redemption dates will be subject to availability, so advance planning and booking is recommended.
All costs and expenses incurred by the winner or members of the winner's party in connection with any of the prizes, other than direct costs listed above (including, but not limited to, taxes, excess baggage, passports and visas, other meals, retail purchases, tips, travel insurance and incidentals) are the sole responsibility of the winner. For prizes that include room stay, the winner agrees to provide a valid credit imprint upon arrival to guarantee payment of extra charges.
By participating in this competition, Atlantis The Palm will communicate with you via email and/or mobile SMS and keep you updated on special offers.
By accepting a prize and/or registering at Atlantis The Palm, the winner and the members of the winner's party:
- Authorize Atlantis, The Palm and Blue Beetle to use the winner's name, biographical information likeness, photographs, videos and/or voice for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law; and
- Release Atlantis, The Palm and Blue Beetle from all liability for loss, damage or injury sustained in connection with this competition.
Neither Atlantis, The Palm nor Blue Beetle, as the administrators of the competition, is responsible for any error, omission, defect, delay in transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or altercation of any entry.
Neither Atlantis, The Palm nor Blue Beetle are responsible for any technical or other problems you may experience arising from, related to or which results from your participation in this competition including personal injury or damage to you or to any other person's computer.
If there are circumstances beyond the control of Atlantis, The Palm or Blue Beetle which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, Atlantis, The Palm reserves the right to terminate the competition.
Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of this competition may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Atlantis, The Palm reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
