  • Ok got my POPLA appeal together. I want to send photographic evidence submitted by parking company in their letter of rejection. I am unable to cut and paste it (tried to no avail) so is it best just to print he correspondence from parking company and post to POPLA. Or can someone help me with this so can send online.

    Tx

when you log onto the popla website there is a box to attach your evidence and appeal etc

so in the main box put a precis of your appeal, and also say see attached appeal and evidence

then attach your full appeal pdf or word doc or txt file, plus attach your evidence such as photos etc (if you need to)

bear in mind the PPC will submit their paperwork etc so no need to provide their paperwork or evidence unless you are rebutting them
  • Thanks Redx I am rebutting them in my defence since the photos will clearly illustrate my argument.

Have you got time - when is your POPLA code expiry date? Easy to check in the code checker in post #3 of the Newbies thread. Last time you were here we were worried you'd had the code a few weeks...

Yes you are advised to show us your draft, and you'll win if it's well worded. Or you could pm me but I am not fee for a week or so really to help.

OK I am about to cook supper but am bumping this as you need more specifics in that appeal, that's a very basic first draft! Show us the car park t&cs which are usually online with Napier (the ticket will say). And as Napier will already know who you are and will have read this thread, can you show us the PCN (and Notice to Keeper if you waited for one, I can't recall) and remind us if you have already said who was driving or not.

For posting pictures you can't post LINKS so change the http to hxxp and of course cover your name/car reg/PCN number anyway.

  • No Notice to Keeper as yet
    No mention of driver

T&Cs - I get msg unable to post here. Not even the l link.
