Hi im hoping you maybe able to give some advice
im a working mum my 19yr old is in college and he is included on my working and child tax credits he went back this week and the college have told him he is now responsible or his course fees. He explained I get working tax he has no income at all he is totally dependant on myself but they insist he is responsible for the fees anyway
Any advice would be a great help

Sounds like he needs to get a part time job.
What you are entitled to doesnt really impact on him. They are for you0 -
See the Direct Gov website for information on student finance.
What type of course is it (level and qualification), such as Higher or Further education and is the college in England/Wales or Scotland? Is he repeating a year or has switched to a new course at the same level, for example.0
