Anybody have recent experience with part-ex on a TW new build?

Hi all,
Ok, so following a chest with the regional sales manager we have put in a part-ex application on a 4 bed detached new build with Taylor Wimpey.
The full purchase price at the moment is 232k and we're hoping to get a valuation no lower than 140k on our house.
Does anyone have recent experience of dealing with TW on this basis? Just looking to have some advice on pricing / extras, or are we stuffed due to part-ex?

Anyone?
They're using a 3rd party called Move With Us. I know a few developers use them, has anyone had experience with them?0 -
Don't know about TW but we part-exchanged with Barratts over 15 years ago and we paid 5% more for our property than our neighbours (they got a 5% discount for not part-exing).
Barratts did worse than us though as they gave us £50k for our flat but only managed to sell it for £36k.0
