Parking Ticket - Land Owner

Apologies for the misunderstanding the POPLA deadline is actually on the 19th September.
I was awaiting response from the landowner as the person dealing with the issue was on holiday for a week. That person is now back and got in touch with me yesterday explaining that he had spoken to Premier Park personally and had followed up with an email, they are now waiting for a response from Premier Park themselves.
I drafted the response above for the POPLA appeal as I was aware that leaving the landowner to cancel the invoice would be cutting it fine.0 -

You are still 'cutting it fine'. Do not rely on the landowner getting this sorted for you; we have seen many cases going belly-up when relying on third party interventions.
Tomorrow is your deadline for POPLA so you must send your appeal off now - miss that deadline and you're potentially in line for months of 'fun' you will not want! Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Yes I am aware of that, I am planning to send the appeal off today.
Is it sufficient to do the POPLA appeal online via the website or should I follow up with a written response as well.
I am currently on holiday at the moment so sending via online is ideal but I can get someone back in the UK to send a letter off as well should this be required.0 -
Online is fine. It's quicker and they will send you a verification email
so you will know it is done. It really is not worth the stamp to send them it. 0 -
            There is one last thing, the online appeal gives me 4 options as to why I am appealing;
- I was not improperly parked
- The parking charge (ticket) exceeded the appropriate amount
- The vehicle was stolen
- I am not liable for the parking charge.
Which one should I tick?0 -

All of them Expept the stolen one.
You will have a box at the bottom of that page where you can write a summary if why you are appealing. Don't out your entire appeal in there as it removes all formatting. But rather, tell them there to refer to the attached document for more info.
You will also be able to use a tab that says Add Evidence. Here, you should upload your Word.doc with your appeal in - nicely formatted for an assessor to read.0 -

Surely this 'On 20th June 2014 a Penalty Charge Notice was attached to my vehicle'
can be omitted.
Just start straight in below details with 'To Whom It May Concern.
As Registered Keeper of the above vehicle, I would like to appeal this notice on the following grounds:...'
Section 3:
[edited. You do not state who was driving, ever. If you did so earlier, do not repeat that error now]There was no offer, consideration or acceptance flowing between this Operator and the appellant which could have created any contract for paying £100 to park. The Registered Keeper is aware that a valid permit, placed on the central console, was visible from any angle when looking through the windscreen. No contravention occurred because the loosely-worded sign says the permit must be displayed in the 'windscreen area' and does not require the permit to be attached anywhere specific, or[not 'nor'], even to be on the dashboard at all.
'faithfully' lower case 'f'.
Redx will advise, but I think you'll have to put your Appeal into Word, as per Flaming Red #17, then paste it, in order to retain paras and spacing, not simply see a great block of solid text.
Keep on to the Landowner. You did well to i.d. him, have that attitude from him in principle, but you need action/ confirming communication.CAP[UK]for FREE EXPERT DEBT &BUDGET HELP:
