How long to wait for contact from sponsor of prize

I received an email on 08/08/2014 saying i had won a prize and they were sending my details on to the sponsor of the comp that will arrange delivery of the prize. After a week i hadn't heard anything so contacted the bloke and he relied that the prize isn't their responsibility however he would contact them to see if he could hurry it along a bit and he will keep an eye on the situation to ensure they supply the prize. As of now i still haven't heard a thing.
Is it too early for me to contact him again or should i wait a little longer?

I think it's 30 days if it isn't specified in the T&C's so I would probably sent another email letting them know you've not received anything or heard anything back

The guidelines are that prizes should be delivered within 30 days unless otherwise stated - 30 days are up so perfectly reasonable to chase them up.

The owner of the website where the prize was advertised has a primary responsibility to make sure the prize is received. It's very silly of them to think they have no responsibility as it could come back and give them a serious bite.

It's like me waving a gun around and saying I accept no responsibility for anything this does.

A month on? I'd send him another email, just ask what's happening. Also try & get the contact details for the people supplying the prize, you might get further that way.
