I have a small built on rear porch area with a glass roof. One of the glass panels has slipped down a few inches so the rain running off it is missing the gutter and landing on step of the wooden frame, rotting it.
It needs the leading lifted, the glass pushing back up and the leading re-done.
My usual no job too small chap had a look, said it was wedged solid so would need two people, half an hour, guesstimate £20 and he'd be back later that week. No show, 3 weeks later, and he's now not answering my messages. I suspect he's doing larger jobs and it's not worth his while, although I wish he'd told me that in the first place as I did tell him all along it was only a little job.
Since then I've tried glass people and a general handyman and am getting no's all round. I hesitate to phone a roofer for such a little job but I can't physically do it myself and don't know anyone else to ask.
Any suggestions before winter kicks in and the frame is ruined?

All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.
