Anyone had Problems with Sky Talk Anytime International?

Just had a bit of a shock when checking through a batch of Sky bills. Realized they have been charging me for calls lasting longer than one hour for months. I checked the website and although they advertise Skytalk Anytime International package as having 'unlimited geographic landline calls to 50 international destinations' this isn't actually true. Putting a time limit of one hour on a call makes it limited, no?
I found this one hour limitation only after scrolling through the fine print. This really feels like false advertising. Has anyone had a similar experience and did they have any success in getting a refund? Thanks for any help!

Most (all?) of the telecoms providers do this with their unlimited packages. It is unlimited, but you have to hang up after an hour and redial.0

You accepted the terms and conditions, you clearly didn't read them to see what they actually said.0 -
Pretty much all residential 'unlimited' packages have this restriction.
Most providers these days are upfront about having to redial before 60 minutes to avoid charges.
Not sure if you will be successful with a complaint as it is in the T&Cs which you agreed to, but they should have made you aware when you signed up.0 -
The provider is not obliged to recite the T&C's chapter and verse when the OP signs up, it's up to them to check.
As pointed out, the 60 min redial is universal. No free lunch, and no free laptop0 -
It is in the fine print of the T and C of course.
But Sky could improve this info page on the product.Where they clearly say the UK Calls are restricted to 60 minutes. But fail to indicate on that page the International ones are also.

After all Talk Talk http://www.talktalk.co.uk/products/talk/international-calls can manage to do.:D0 -
Thanks to everyone for your replies. Nope, I didn't read the fine print - was absolutely my mistake. But was hoping I may have a chance of a refund considering that their advertising is so clearly misleading. A time limit of 60 minutes should not be advertised as 'unlimited calls'. But if no one on here has ever heard of success in appealing this, then I think I'll just have to suck it up and learn from my mistake. Thanks again!!0
