up to six people, the chance to stay in one of their luxury cottages
with the use of a fully-insured BMW 2 Series Active Tourer for the duration
of their three or four night break.

. The promotion is open to GB residents aged 18 years or over,
other than employees of Live Magazines, Ribby Hall Village,
Bowker BMW,
their immediate families, agencies or any person connected with this competition.

2. Only one entry per person. No bulk, repeat,
3rd party or club entries will be accepted.

3. Entries are only valid if submitted through this website.

4. The winner of the prize will be drawn at random by an independent person from all valid entries received.

5. The closing date for receipt of entries is Friday 2 October 2014.
The Draw will take place on Monday 6 October 2014 and the winner
notified in writing by Tuesday 7 October 2014.

6. There is one prize to be won of a three – four night stay for a
family of 6 in a luxury cottage.
With the use of a BMW 2 Series Active Tourer.

The lucky winner can either collect the car from Bowker BMW
or it can be delivered to their door!

　
The break must be taken between 17th November and 8th December 2014.
Mileage must not exceed 250 miles in total.
The minimum age of the driver must be over 25.
Any speeding, traffic offences or parking fines will be the responsibility of the prize winner.
Smoking is not permitted in this vehicle.
For insurance purposes, the prize winner must not have three or more points on their licence or have been disqualified from driving in the last three years.
The vehicle must be returned to Bowker in the condition in which it was collected.

7. The prizes must be accepted as offered.
There is no cash or other alternative.
The promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of an equivalent or greater value.
Prizes are non transferable, non refundable and are not for re-sale.

8. Entrants agree to be bound by all entry instructions of which
these terms and conditions from a part.

9. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

10. Winners must agree to take part in advertising and any relevant public relations exercise undertaken by the promoter.
