Dear all

One bit of simple advice - avoid like the plague!! Worst decision ever - billed in wrong units (overcharged), taken money without consent, terrible customer service - JUST avoid!

Should be called F;Utility or worst:utility

I take it you are slagging off F.U. s normal poor customer services and not smart meters in general ?

Agreed..the average punter has no inkling of the burgeoning scale of domestic,commercial and industrial energy theft in this country and the only way it is going is UP.

Guess whos paying for it?
