Dear all
One bit of simple advice - avoid like the plague!! Worst decision ever - billed in wrong units (overcharged), taken money without consent, terrible customer service - JUST avoid!
Should be called F;Utility or worst:utility0 -
I take it you are slagging off F.U. s normal poor customer services and not smart meters in general ?Dear all

All new electric meters are digital. Smart gas meter is a small digital E6 meter, the same model as the prepay meter. Metric gas domestic meter is, as you say , a G4 mechanical meter. Smart meters are badly needed for all our benefit. Every customer is paying approx £60 a year extra per year,( including the ludicrous tin hatters ) to cover the ever increasing energy thieves and the professional non paying gas/electric bill renter. In the 7 years I have been reading smart meters I have so far never found a bypassed or tampered smart meter.
Agreed..the average punter has no inkling of the burgeoning scale of domestic, commercial and industrial energy theft in this country and the only way it is going is UP.
Guess whos paying for it?Feudal Britain needs land reform. 70% of the land is "owned" by 1 % of the population and at least 50% is unregistered (inherited by landed gentry). Thats why your slave box costs so much..0
