My 12 yr old son got assaulted whilst with his friends, at our local UCI front door last week end & they couldn't give a dammn. Even though they had CCTV camera's on the door where it took place (where dad was picking him up) the police found no staff had bothered to press record. What bothered me was the lack of concern from the UCI manager. My family won't be going there again. Hope no one else sufffers like we have recently.

The pepsi is only a refill isn't it? I have the voucher too but it seems you have to actually buy a pepsi first, at a well-over-inflated price before claiming the "free" one!

It doesnt say you have to buy one first in the T&C. So the key is to ask for an empty cup when you go into the cinema (you might have to think of a reason why - or just grab one from the counter) and then later on, ask for a refill... easy eh?
