Been meaning to phone the office but busy week means I haven't had time and there closed till Monday. Wondered if anyone may know here. I wasn't receiving working tax credits last year as I earnnt to much. Last year I only earnnt 12k so there paying me working taxcredits ATM but this year I will bring in about 25k.
Should I be getting the tax credits now even though I'm on a ok salary this year?

there is a £5k disregard if your income increased so a £12k last year and £25k this year would see £20k used for calculation
cutoff for single person no kids / disabilities is around £13k and for a couple £18k
It changes if there are children / disability0 -

It depends on your circumstances.
Are you single or living with a partner?
Any children?
Do they know you expect to earn £25,000 this year?
