£100 allocation fee!!!!!!

I'm taking Yorkshire bank to court to claim back about £700. I've already paid a £80 fee to MCOL/hmcs, but today I have received a letter saying that the case has been moved to my local court and I now have a further £100 allocation fee to pay. Is this correct, as I have read that if the claim is less than £1500 no further fees apply?

How can I make payment to the court? You can make payment to the court by cash, cheque or postal order. Cheques and postal orders need to be made payable to HMCS. Please note that courts cannot accept payments by credit or debit cards.
Warning: if you do not pay the required fee, you may be unable to commence or continue with your claim.

It says 'You have been ordered to pay a fee of £100 for allocation of these proceedings. In order to avoid delays in processing your payment please return this letter with your fee.'
The letter is from HMCS and signed by the claims section.0 -
I'd phone them up and check as the link to the Court Fees, its in the Reclaim Help Thread, is still showing no fee if your claim is under £1500.
Sometimes the letter will say you may have to pay this fee thats why I asked exactly what the letter said.0
