Need some advice as I feel I have been mis-sold an item

Hi I've just move this post from elsewhere and am hoping to get some advice.
A couple of days ago a purchased a ladies Barbour jacket on Ebay.
The listing was described as a size medium and BNWT. It is from a private seller and I paid £50 as a 'buy it now'.
I received the item today and tried it on only to find it was quite tight (I don't normally have a problem with medium) when I checked the label clearly says 'S'.
I contacted the seller and explained this to her and requested that I return it to her for a refund.
The seller has replied saying that she has a no returns policy and as the money goes straight into her savings not current account she is unable to refund?!! She also said that the person she bought the jacket from told her it was a medium (I don't think she has seen the 's' label as its tucked up near the collar! She suggested that I resell it on ebay!!
Does anyone know what ebays' no returns policy actually means as I assumed it meant no returns for frivolous reasons rather than it being mis-sold as I believe it has been.
PS I also have strong suspicions its a fake as it has quite shoddy workmanship in places but I can't prove that.

It means nothing. Send the seller a picture of the label and ask her for a refund upon receipt of the item and if she refuses open a dispute. Also, return the item tracked0 -
If the seller refuses, open a SNAD dispute in PayPal stating it's the wrong size. You may have to cover tracked postage back, so use https://www.parcel2go.com/tv to get free tracked postage back to the sender.0

Open a case. You will win. As others have said, make sure you return it tracked such as My Hermes or Collect Plus so there is no chance of it being lost in the post. It doesn't really matter if the seller still has the money or not. Ebay will refund you and then get the money off the seller. Just make sure you escalate it if there is no response to the case.
No returns means a private seller does not have to accept a return if you change your mind like a business seller does. Private sellers have to accept returns if the item is not as described or Ebay will just force them to.0 -

As others have said, you are entitled to a full refund of your original purchase.
Go to the resolution centre in eBay and click through to 'report a problem'.
Open a resolution case for 'significantly not as described'.
Update it with the fact the jacket is labelled SMALL and the listing said MEDIUM. Add a photo to the dispute. Do NOT waffle, do NOT mention fake, it muddies the waters and you have a very simple case. Manila review these and their grasp on English isn't always great, so bear that in mind.
For 8 days the dialogue is between you and the seller. Don't feel you need to keep responding, just state your case and ask for a full refund.
At the end of the negotiating stage on the 'respond' part of the dispute console will be an option to 'escalate to customer services'. If the seller hasn't accepted the return by this stage, escalate the case.
You will win the case and you will be told to send the item back with online tracking for a refund. You will have to pay for the return but as OTB has suggested, use a tracked courier will be the cheapest. Make sure you are insured to the full value.
Once you've uploaded tracking the parcel will have to show delivery, attempted delivery or refusal in order for you to be refunded.
Any questions come back here for help.0 -
If you bought it on a Buy It Now basis, you are entitled to return it even if it's just change of mind. If that was the case, you would have to pay return postage. Because it is SNAD, the seller should pay return. They shouldn't even be putting a no return policy on their listings for BINs.0

the above is only really applicable for Business Sellers.
Private sellers do not have to accept "no fault" returns even on BIN items.0
