Teesside to Derry for family wedding!

Hello mse:beer:

I need to go from Teesside to Derry for a family wedding.....

I've looked at flights, ferry, but not getting any results!

I'm looking to stay for 2 nights. Travelling the Wednesday, coming back either Friday or Saturday. I literally keep getting no results on everything I look for! I'm happy to travel from newc if that helps!

Please please can someone lend me their wisdom! Before I crack up!! Xx
Please be nice to all moneysavers!

Look at the web-site for (City of Derry Airport) LONDONDERRY and see where they receive flights from. If nothing takes your fancy you could always try an Executive Jet/ Air taxi but it might work out a tad more expensive!
Teesside is not exactly a major transport hub in the grand scheme of things so I think you'll have to travel a bit further to pick-up a flight.

Best option I can think of is flying Newcastle to Belfast.
  • For such a short trip I'd suggest flying rather the ferry. Options include flying to Derry from Glasgow or Liverpool or flying to Belfast from Newcastle.

If you're on Teesside then Leeds-Bradford airport might be an option. Flybe do daily flights from there to Belfast, it works out about £100 per person for a return flight.
Its amazing how these banks can't even do simple calculations correctly..............
