I've not yet been charges but had a letter saying withdrawals been made with insufficient funds even though I can't see how as since Wednesday I have had sufficient funds all the time
Sufficient funds for both, your overdraft as well as the charges for your overdraft until the the day you paid in the £500? What does your bank statement say?0 -
I was £460 overdrawn Tuesday, Wednesday £500 went in then overdraft removed from Wednesday , been in credit since0

Were there any automated payments, SOs/DDs/etc, leaving the account on the Wednesday.0

I guess I just want to know if I do incur charges it will just be for any recent transactions since Tuesday and not the whole time I've been overdrawn0

You will be charged whatever the overdraft usage fees of your bank were since they last charged you those fees. These are very likely charges for several days, up to a month, before you deposited the £500. You will not get any £500 free overdraft unless perhaps with a FlexDirect but I would hazard a guess that this not the account you have.
It is really difficult to give you more than theoretical and speculative answers without knowing what bank it is, and what exactly your end of day balance was for every day since they last charged you fees that were due.0 -
