Question: Hi I currently have an mbna platinum card and saw this new deal of 0% for 32months with a 4% fee but can't understand why as an existing customer I was not offered this deal but told I would have to apply again as a new customer? Confused

Because it is a marketing strategy designed to attract new customers.
MBNA do regularly offer promotional deals to many existing customers but usually they are not for such a long period.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -
Hi
Is a Virgin MBNA? Just that if you use the card responsibly for a period of time they normally re offer you balance transfer deals throughout as an existing customer. They are by far the best credit card provider I have used.
