Ok here it goes:

I receivied a PCN from APCOA for the alleged contravention of BA02 Dropping off/ Picking up outside of a designated parking area.

And I did, in a panic after I had left my Granddaughters car seat on the transfer bus from the Airport Terminal to the Longstay Carpark, I jumped in the car and left my daughter and my Granddaughter standing in the rain and rushed off after the bus, which at this time was just leaving the carpark. The time I caught up with bus it had stopped at the terminal to pick up it's next lot of passengers. I was at the crossing near the Terminal, so I stopped for about 5 seconds and my wife jumped out and ran over to where the bus had stopped, she retrieved the car seat then came back to the crossing where by this time I had gone a back around the loop twice, and with the car seat in her hand she jumped back in and we drove off.

The only thing which may help me I hope, is the date I was at the airport was 31/07/14 the PCN Date of Issue of the Notice was Friday 15/08/14 and I received the PCN on Friday 22/08/14

yes you are clutching them , but your appeal will succeed at popla

POFA 2012 doesnt apply as its airport land (not relevant land) so the timeline is irrelevant

but there are dozens of similar threads about apcoa and Birmingham airport and none of them were "screwed" and neither are you

just do what they did , appeal to apcoa and fail, appeal to popla and win

all the work is already done for you on here , so post #1 has the template letter for apcoa and post #3 has the link to the popla appeals - simples

so not "screwed" at all, and nobody cares what happned on the day, so ensure you do not imply who was driving, appeal as RK only
