I don't really want this to go into a debate about keeping and selling prizes. Just basically if you've ever sold a prize what's the most you've earn?

£20 end up giving stuff to the kids0

I've won some pretty expensive tickets but just gave them to family & friends when I couldn't go.0

i've sold 3 prizes:
£250 for some festival tickets
£75 for a rugby shirt
£20 for a book0 -
I won a Sonos play speaker system last year; I'd entered for it as my husband had seen an ad for them and loved the idea, so I was over the moon when I won it. However when it came we'd just been hit with a £500 car repair bill so I really felt I had no option but to sell it on
I got £250 for it on ebay which was pretty near what they go for in the shops, so I was pleased with that.
Other than that, I've only sold the odd unexpected runners up prize such as a set of comic books I never entered for. So haven't made much more out of anything.0 -
Rarely sell anything
Few years ago won IOW festival tickets worth about £200 for about £250.
Also won a few netbooks some years ago, then worth about £220 each. Sold the first one above that price at about £230, the other two for about £200 and £180
When I say "worth" it means the lowest price I can see online with a major retailer.
Have given away alcohol to friends and family worth hundreds of pounds as I don't drink. Have given away other stuff which is normally runners up stuff which I don't want, or given to a charity shopthanks to all posters

I've changed my facebook username to NOBODY so when I enter FB comps I press the "Like" button it will say NOBODY likes this0 -
£450 and £190 which helped fund a few essential home improvements0
-
£720 fridge freezer worth £1200
£230 computer chair worth maybe £500
£350 for curry/Dixon vouchers worth £400
That's it in 20 years of comping.
All were sold at a time I desperately needed money for something. Else I would have kept them. Even the fridge freezer ( despite winning another one months before)63 mortgage payments to go.
Zero wins 2016 😥0 -
I've not yet sold anything - I tend to only enter for what I want...
That said...
I never enter for tickets to anything - do they not normally state your name or something on them, so that they're not transferable? Or box office pick up? I would enter for ticket comps, and sell on if I won something I couldn't go to, but hadn't realised tickets would be saleable.0
