Co-operative Energy want money
Options
I switched from Co-operative Energy in Nov 2013 and in December received a final bill and refund of £125. Today they have phoned my mobile (missed call) and emailed me at my old email address to tell me I owe them £69 and need to pay it in 14 days.
Anyone else had this?

Sounds like the final bill was wrong, or you stopped your dd early??
Whatever the reason, get them to send you a proper statement so that you can see where the debt has arisen before paying up.0 -
As above!
Perhaps the new company gave a new - and different - meter reading(s) to Co-operative.
You need to check if the start meter reading for the new company is the same as the end meter reading for co-op.0
