Flights to TFS

Ive seen best prices for flight mid november of £260pp

this includes return travel, insurance, seat reservations and shuttle to nearby location (which means you may need private transport to go direct to hotel)

The price seems ridiculously higher than what some of their ads show....flights to tenerife from £36 etc...

FROM being tthe keyword, but the thing is there is absolutely no way you'd be able to go for that price. as you HAVE to buy insurance and most people have baggage...

Well anyone know any vouchers, codes or special offers on flight to TFS mid november?

well with in 2mins of looking i have found a flight to TFS for £35.99 from STN to TFS on 11th Nov so your statement that "there is absolutely no way etc etc" is incorrect

you dont have to have insurance, and a lot of people have free travel insurance through their bank accounts anyway, and baggage is a personal preference i can go away for quite a few days with carry on only.

And if you buy insurance separately rather than with the air ticket, the cost is similar to that of two cups of coffee.

Is anyone else failing to see the point of this thread?

The OP claims it isn't possible to fly to Tenerife for £36. We've established that it is. (It's actually possible to fly for £31 from Manchester with Ryanair.)

The OP now argues that the ad is misleading because you have to come back - the ad only says flights to Tenerfie.

Mse ers often fly with hand luggage only- I do myself to Tfs.

You should get insurance , but you don't " have to"

Um, I already said I am comparing these prices to the deal I had been offered which includes return travel, insurance, seat reservations and shuttle to nearby location

And yes MOST people would be buying return flights AND taking luggage, unless thyre hitching a ride but im not talking about them. I mean if you really realy wanted you could sneak in plane and fly for free, but again thats not what I want.

I assumed these offers were all inclusive, but they are just lures and ad ploys for the average person. They lure in with low price and then slam the hefty fees.

I've just booked two return flights BRS-TFS with Easyjet in early December for £130/pp including 2 x hold luggage and seat selection.

    I'm happy with that

Of course they're lures, they are designed to sell the product.
If you feel that they breach the advertising code, make a complaint to the ASA
