How long does it take Financial Ombudsman to pursue a claim for ppi. we have a problem with a finance company and had the case with Ombudsman for about a year

simply the final adjudicator in disputes between financial institutions and their customers.0 -
It may just be the terminology used, but FOS don't pursue claims, they are an independent arbitration service.0
