Help - All my fault

I sold an item on Monday on ebay. Booked a courier who didnt show, booked again and again no show. Contacted buyer and asked would she mind if I send Parcel Force. Ive had no reply so contacted again. Requested contact details on ebay but no answer or answerphone.
I am not being awkward but I generally avoid PF as their depot is so far away, as this buyer lives in a rural location I fear she may have the same problem.
Parcel is all sat here ready to go but I now dont know what to do.
Buyer paid with no problems and I have not withdrawn money from my PP acc. I have told her I am happy to refund if that is her preference but I have had no replies at all.
Next available courier pick up for our area is Tuesday, really dont want to leave it that long.
Can anyone give me any advice?

Just send it and upload the tracking.
The longer you leave it, the more chance you have of peeing off the buyer.
Send by PF and email to say it is on its way.0 -
Parcel Force allow you to pick it up for a local post office. Our Parcel Force driver automatically delivers it to the local post office after the first attempt.
Is there not a local My Hermes or Collect Plus parcel drop off shop you could use in your area?0
