Not sure whether you use a form filler but I had a problem with it not submitting at first but if you manually change your gender and your year of birth to something wrong, then back to your actual one, it submits without a problem
seems to not like the form fillers! 0 -

Right click the link and choose 'open link in incognito window' from drop down menu. Fill in the form that comes up manually and it should submit0
