Home Bargains Pwllheli, help with signage needed

I have received a PCN from Parking Eye for an alleged overstay at Home Bargains Pwllheli. I was on holiday so can't check the signage, can anyone help with photos or a plan of the car park or anything else that might help please.

You won't need to worry about the signs for PE. They are always up the shoot.

    What stage are you at?

Have you read the newbie thread (see my signature)?

pm crabman and ask him to merge them
  • My appeal was rejected, now preparing for POPLA but need to know what is on the signage. Don't have much time left, and don't know if I actually entered into a contract. PE won't send a copy of the T&Cs, are they breaking a contract by not doing so.

You don't need to know what is on the signs. PE use standard signs up poles saying a person breaches the terms, not that there is a contractual fee/tariff.

    Why are you wasting time?

There are two PE POPLA appeal examples in post #3 of the newbies thread - one is for free car parks and one is for pay and display car parks. You hardly need to tweak the wording and certainly don't need to know about the signage (the unclear signs paragraph is already written for you). You are over analysing this!
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

And I have put a response on your original thread. Essentially saying the same thing, again!

  • Thanks for the replies, I am just totally confused by all the legal speak in the examples and I don't want to get it wrong.

Oh come on just because it's long...don't stop reading and decide it's too complicated.

Tell me what is this 'legal speak' of which you speak? Get a grip, the examples basically say:

    - there was no loss
    - PE don't own the car park
    - the signs are pants
    - the ANPR is pants

So how exactly is that difficult?
