Utilitywise Energy Broker

In Jan of 2013 I (by letter) authorised Utilitywise to act as my business energy broker and they set up a contract with Opus Energy at a competitive rate.
On 1st August of 2013 I received a call notifying me that they had negotiated a new supply contract with GDF Energy which was "good news for me" I was advised of the rates and asked if ok, I said yes, (they caught me at a bad time as we had a major gas leak in our kitchen) as I assumed that they were acting in my best interests. I was told that the contract would commence in July of 2014 for 26 months.
I was also instructed to not discuss this with Opus as "they are a pain in the Backside" and that I should direct all calls to Utliitywsie (which I did)
On receiving my first energy bill I noticed that the new supply tariff was at a 55% above my old tariff with Opus
I tried for 4 weeks to get Utlitywise to reply to my concerns, and I have today (04/09/14) received a recorded transcript of the telephone conversation of 13/08/13 and my letter of authorisation dated Jan 2103
What redress do I have?
I am deeply concerned about this as a 55% increase in my electricity costs will result in an additional £1000 per month on my bill
Please can you offer any advice
Many thanks
